The Code of Practice is the statutory special educational needs and disability (SEND) system for children and young people aged 0 to 25 from 1 September 2014.
In our school we have access to various specialist services. We have access to services universally provided by Southampton City Council, which are described on the local offer website which can be viewed here
Our school nursing team are looking to set up regular drop in clinics for parents where they can book an appointment with them and get advice and support for a range of health issues.

School Health Nurse - Drop in Clinics
Our School Health Nurse, Rachel, is part of the Southampton School Nursing team. She is available to support parents with a range of health issues including fussy eating/sleep/toileting/growth including under and overweight concerns/healthy lifestyles.
We will have regular clinics every 4-6 weeks for parents to attend. To check dates you can find these on our website calendar. Please contact the school office to book your 30 minute appointment.
